Expertise

We believe that meeting the care and housing needs of the country's ageing population is critical to the health, well-being and prosperity of our society

QED has a particular expertise and passion in supporting the care and later living sector. We believe that meeting the care and housing needs of the country's ageing population is critical to the health, well-being and prosperity of our society.

We are fortunate enough to work with a wide range of clients on some of the most exciting care and later living projects in the country. In the past 5 years, we have been engaged on projects that have delivered more than 1,000 new care beds and more than 1,000 later living units.

Our track record provides a unique appreciation of the benefits to society and individual well-being that arise from the delivery of high quality care communities and of how these benefits can positively influence planning negotiations.

Although every project is unique, our experience across a diverse range of sites and housing models, allows us to anticipate and respond to planning, design, environmental and viability matters in a positive and timely manner.
